Published

on

The biggest natural diamond in North America has quite recently been found by the Canadian mining firm Dominion Diamond Mines. Sitting at 552 carats, the 33.74mm x 54.56mm stone was uncovered from Dominion’s Diavik mine; a similar mine where the 187.7-carat Diavik Foxfire Diamond (now second biggest North American diamond) was found.

Territory Diamond Mines’ subsequent stage for the ultra-uncommon stone is to locate the correct accomplices to cut and clean the expansive stone. The stone will no doubt be separated off into numerous stones for more record-breaking deal costs.

Stayed tuned as we will refresh you on the destiny of this 552-carat stone.
